Ghostly, Shivery Sounds
Create ghostly sound effects for a spooky Halloween atmosphere using crepe paper and a fan. Begin by cutting long crepe paper streamers. Hang them in front of a fan and when people pass by turn the fan on and off. They could imagine ghosts flying by. Happy Halloween!
