Fashionable Snowmen

Use some of your Christmas wrap to create fashionable snowmen!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need an assortment of wrapping paper scraps, scissors, white paper, glue, and crayons or markers.
To begin cut out a snowman shape from your white paper. Next out out accessories for your snowman from your wrapping paper scraps. Cut out mittens, a hat, buttons, a scarf, etc. Glue these onto your snowman. Enjoy Crafting!

Simple and Easy Thanksgiving Turkey

A three-dimensional turkey for you to make, decorate, and place anywhere!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this terrific table turkey, first take a sizable amount of tin foil and mold it into an oval shape to make a body for your turkey.

Cover this with brown tissue paper.

Next cut out turkey feathers in a variety of different colors and attach them to a small piece of pipe cleaner, leaving the end of the pipe cleaner exposed.

Cut out a head and beak for the turkey using the templates provided and attach them to the front of the turkey's body with glue or tape. Decorate the feathers and let them dry.

Now stick them into the turkey's body to make a terrific turkey. If you want glue on more feathers to the turkey's body as well.

Scary Spiders Spinning Webs

Scary spiders with webs!

Craft Project Directions:
Take a white paper plate and set it aside. Next take a piece of black construction paper and cut thin black lines from it.

Lay the lines over the paper plate crisscrossing them to create a scary spider web. Trim off the paper strips that hang over the edges of the plate.

Next create a spider following the directions below and attach him with a ribbon or string to your web. For your spider, take four black pipe cleaners and attach them at the center, bend each to make 4 scary looking spider legs, and bend the ends to create spider feet.

Take a piece of black tissue paper and fill it with cotton balls and tape it shut to create a black spider body. Rest and tape the body onto the legs and then add eyeballs, fangs, and other scary spider attributes.

Attach paper clip and tie on a string or secure a pipe cleaner and you have got a dangling spider.

Frightening Frankenstein Puppet

Create a Frankenstein which will give you a fright!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need a paper bag, colored construction paper- any colors you want-, glue, scissors, and crayons or markers.

To begin, using the templates and the picture as a guide cut out scary hair, bolts for his head, and a frightening mouth and eyes from your colored construction paper. Now you are ready to assemble your Frankenstein puppet.

Take your paper bag and select one side of it to decorate- the entire bag will become the face of your Frankenstein. Glue on the wild hair and ears, and more! Let the pieces dry and then decorate your Frankenstein with crayons and markers.

Now you should have a beautiful paper bag puppet!

Sweet Apple Bookmarks

Do you like apples and reading? This could be just the bookmark for you!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need colored construction paper, scissors, crayons,a colorful pipe cleaner, a colorful pom-pom, glue and other materials to decorate your beautiful Apple Bookmark.  

To begin select a colorful pipe cleaner. This will become your cute Book Worm. Bend one end of it into a tear drop shape and set it aside.

Next take a piece of red construction paper and cut out three or four small red apple shapes.You could also cut out yellow or green apples. You decide!

Now cut out small green oval or diamond shaped leaves for the tops of your apples. glue or tapethem on to the tops of the apples. Decorate the apples more with crayon if you want.

Now thread the pipe cleaner Book Worm through the apples so the curved tear drop part ends up on top.Next cover the curved tear drop part with glue.

Select a colored pom-pom for the head of your Book Worm and press it into the glued pipe cleaner.

Let your bookmark dry and then put it to work!

Olympic Medals

Create Olympic medals from small paper plates.





Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need small paper plates, ribbons, scissors, a hole puncher, and markers or paints.

To begin take a small paper plate and punch a hole in the top of it with a hole puncher.

Next cut a length of ribbon, thread it through the hole, and knot it so you will be able to wear your medal around your neck.

Decorate your medal with your markers and paints. Let dry.

Easter Bunny Masks

Easter is just around the corner! Create a simple and cute Easter Bunny mask. It will transform you or anyone into one cute bunny!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need two paper plates, scissors, colored pipe cleaners, tape, glue, craft sticks, cotton balls, colored construction paper and crayons.

To begin take your craft sticks and tape several together end to end to make a larger craft stick. This will be your mask's holder. Next take one of your white paper plates and cut out two large arcing bunny ears. Use the picture as a guide.

Next take the other paper plate and using your scissors cut out two bunny eyes in the top center of the plate. You will be able to see through your mask through these eye holes. This will be your Easter Bunny face.

Next attach the two bunny ears to the top of the bunny's face. Use tape or glue. Now secure the mask holder to the base of the the mask with tape. Next cut out a colorful triangle nose and glue it to the Easter Bunny's face. Add colorful pipe cleaner whiskers, cotton ball fur, and more!

Let your mask dry and have some fun!

Large Lucky Leprechaun

Large Lucky Leprechaun

Spring is almost here! 
Create a Large Lucky Leprechaun to welcome it 
and help you celebrate St. Patricks Day!

Craft Project Directions:
Spring is almost here! Welcome the season with a wonderful Leprechaun! 

To make your large lucky friend you will need green crepe paper, some green, white, and black construction paper, orange paper shreds or crepe paper, tape, glue, and some scissors. 

First cut out a white face, black hat, black boots, some small black buttons, and 2 white hands . 

Next cut 4 lengths of green crepe paper- however long you wish your leprechaun's arms and legs to be. 

Next take a piece of green construction paper and roll it into a tube shape- this will be the body of the leprechaun. Now attach the crepe paper arms and legs to the top and bottom sides of the tube. Add the hands and boots to the ends of the crepe paper. 

Decorate the leprechaun face - add fun features, an orange beard, a hat, and whatever else you like. Let it dry and attach it to the body tube. Now decorate the body - add the buttons and mayabe a shamrock or two.

Fire Breathing Dragons

 Today's Craft:
Fire Breathing Dragons
Friendly fire breathing dragons that will take your breath away.

Craft Project Directions:
Cut out a dragon and a breath full of fire from a heavier weight paper using the templates provided.

Attach the fire to a small craft stick at the end to create a tab that you can pull in and out.

Next cut a slit in your dragon's mouth that you can slip the fiery breath through and slide it back and forth.

Now decorate your dragon with tissue paper scales, cotton ball or paper eyes, color him with crayon, and add other materials.
