St. Patrick's Day Snakes

Today's Craft: St. Patrick's Day Snakes

Did St. Patrick really drive all the snakes out of Ireland? St. Patrick may have driven all the snakes out of Ireland, but perhaps there is still one or two lurking about.

Craft Project Directions:

Make a great St. Patrick's Day Snake of your own.

To make this craft project you will need a paper plate, a piece of ribbon, scissors, crayons, and other materials to decorate your St. Patrick's day snake. To create your snake, first take a paper plate and cut it in an inward spiral, cutting from the outside to the center if the plate.

Make a head for your snake when you come to the center of the paper plate. Make a pointed tail for your snake when you begin cutting the plate.

Next attach a colorful ribbon around the snake's head to hold him up and bring him out of the spiral. Decorate your St. Patrick's Day snake with crayons, super snake shapes and delightful designs.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Enjoy Crafting!
