Fantastic Family Trees from Handprints

Today's Craft: Fantastic Family Trees from Handprints
Make a fantastic family using the handprint cut-outs of your family members.
To make this craft project you will need colored construction paper, scissors, glue, tape, a pencil or pen, crayons, your hand to trace, and your family members hands to trace To begin trace your hand on colored construction paper and cut out the print you made. Write on your hand print some things about yourself. Write your name, your age, your favorite things- anything you wish. Now ask your family members if you can trace their hands. Trace their hands on colored construction and then cut out the hand prints you trace. Next write their names and interesting things about them on their hand prints. Now take a piece of brown construction paper and cut out a short tree stump. Select a background piece of paper that is large enough to create your family tree on. Paste or tape the tree trunk to the bottom of the paper and arrange the hand print leaves above it to create a beautiful family tree. Hang up your family tree someplace special. A fun craft for Kwanzaa. Enjoy Crafting!
