To make this craft project you will need a paper plate (any color), colored construction paper, scissors, glue or tape, markers or crayons, and some pipecleaners.
Take your paper plate and transform it into a scary or silly monster face by adding features and color with pieces of construction paper, pipecleaners, and using by your markers.
