Today's Craft: Heartwarming Valentine TreeTo make this craft project you will need twigs, colored construction paper, markers or crayons, string or ribbon, tape, glue, and scissors. To begin take a large piece of paper, roll it into a tall tube, and secure its shape with tape. Next take your twigs, poke small holes through the upright paper tube using your scissors, and insert the twigs so they become your tree's branches. (You could also use a coffee can and fill it with rocks and sand to hold your twigs securely in place. )Now take your colored construction paper, cut out a large number of paper Valentine hearts and decorate them with your crayons or markers. Add Valentine messages if you wish. Attach each Valentine heart to a small piece of ribbon or string and hang it on a branch.
