To make this craft project you will need black and orange construction paper, scissors, glue, and crayons or markers. To begin, using the template provided below, cut out a large witch's hat from the black construction paper and a long straight black strip for a brim. Glue the brim onto the hat. Next cut another hat out of your orange paper. Now cut the orange hat into wavy or angular strips and glue these strips onto your black hat to make it striped. Let dry.
