Pumpkin Printing

Pumpkin Printing

Make some fun fall pumpkin prints using an apple and some paint!

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need an apple, some paper towels, white paper, orange paint, and other colored paints.

To begin take your apple and cut it in half lengthwise. Blot it with a paper towel and let it dry a bit. Now paint the cut side of the apple with your orange paint and then press it onto a sheet of white paper. Let your print dry. 

Add a pumpkin or jack o'lantern face to your pumpkin print with your other paints.

Paper Plate Scarecrow Face

Paper Plate Scarecrow Face 

Make a simple and sweet scarecrow face.

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need a paper plate, straw or raffia, glue, scissors, and colored construction paper. 

To begin, take your scissors and cut out some circles for eyes, a triangle nose, and some curvy lines for eyebrows and a smile from your colored construction paper. 

Next take your glue and cover your paper plate with it. Add straw or raffia on top of the glue, covering the plate. Now add your scarecrow's facial features. Let dry.

A is for Apple Craft

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need a large piece of poster board or heavier weight paper, apples and paint (if you want to make prints) and apple shapes, stickers, or pictures, crayons, scissors, and glue. 

First cut out a large A from the posterboard. 

Now cover the letter with pictures, drawings, or prints of apples. Hang up your creation somewhere special!

Get prepared for school with this great easy-to-make frame.

Craft Project Directions:
This craft will get you ready for school! 


Cut out a two school buses from a heavier weight paper, using this craft template.

Next cut out the windows in the bus from one of the pieces of paper- this will be the front of your frame. Attach it to the back leaving room to slide a photo through the top or side. Decorate your bus and add wheels.
